Here’s your last chance to grab a bottle of these award-winning bitters! They’re being discontinued, because we simply can’t harvest enough highbush cranberries to make them anymore (they are LOADED with those berries).
A bronze medal winner at the 2021 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, these limited-edition bitters are a fun, Northern take on a bitter absinthe flavour. A fan of these bitters uses a dropper full (instead of absinthe) to rinse the glass prior to making his Sazerac. The bitters are made with wild, highbush cranberries, and wild Artemisia tilesii, also known as mountain wormwood.
Try Absinthe-Minded bitters with gin, vodka, or bourbon. There’s a fantastic Sangria recipe for these bitters in our book, “Add Light and Stir, Cocktails and Savouries for a Northern Summer.” And yes, they’re just the thing for that Sazerac…
Ingredients: wild highbush cranberries, alcohol, Artemisia tilesii, bittering agents, spices, organic honey.
Packaged in a 100 ml amber glass bottle with glass tube dropper.
