A bronze medal winner at the 2023 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, these limited-edition bitters are made with Yukon-grown Haskap berries. Haskaps do very well in northern climates, and their almost grape-like qualities make these bitters unique.
The bitters pair well with rum, whisky, gin, and vodka, and they are a tasty addition to baked goods - use them in place of other extracts for a hit of flavour.
Ingredients: Yukon-grown Haskaps, alcohol, bittering agents, lemongrass, organic turbinado sugar.
Packaged in a 100 ml amber glass bottle with glass tube dropper.
