Processing Time

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted on the announcement bar of the Free Pour Jenny’s homepage).

Estimated Shipping Times

UPDATE: Due to carrier delays, parcels may take longer than usual to arrive.

Local Deliveries: Available within Whitehorse city limits only. Free local delivery - available for orders of $34 or more, AND the delivery address must be within 12 km of Free Pour Jenny’s (approximately within the following area: Downtown, Riverdale, Mt.Sima, Copper Ridge, to Porter Creek). Please specify a safe spot where your order may be delivered. For orders under $34, or outside of the free delivery area specified above, the delivery fee is $4.75 plus GST. In all cases, the delivery address must be within Whitehorse city limits. Local deliveries take 2-5 business days.

Canada: 1-2 business days for Express Service; Standard: 3-9 business days

United States: 2-3 business days for Express; Standard: 4-8 business days

Mexico: 6-10 business days

UK & Western Europe: 6-10 business days

Free Pour Jenny’s is not responsible for loss or damage to local deliveries, after orders have been delivered; it is the customer’s responsibility to specify a secure location when placing an order.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, and import taxes that may apply. Free Pour Jenny’s is not responsible for delays due to customs.
