Available for a limited time, Free Pour Jenny’s Rhubarb Shrub! I usually sell shrubs in the local market only, subject to the availability of locally grown fruit. This shrub, or cordial, is made with Yukon-grown rhubarb, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
This shrub is a light syrup with a sweet & sour taste. Shrubs are an old-fashioned product, a drinking vinegar used in small quantities to make a refreshing drink! Try about 1/2 to 3/4 oz Rhubarb Shrub in a glass of soda water, perhaps with an ounce or two of gin. Rhubarb Shrub is also a great addition to marinades and salad dressings (add olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs).
