Free Pour Jenny’s Limited-Edition Yukon Raspberry Shrub (or cordial) is made with raspberries from Pine Heart Farm in the Yukon Territory, along with apple cider vinegar and sugar. It’s pure and simple!
This shrub is a light syrup with a sweet & sour taste. Shrubs are an old-fashioned product, a drinking vinegar used in small quantities to make a refreshing drink.
Try a Razzy Shrub Cocktail - this recipe is on the bottle label - by mixing 3/4 oz of the shrub in an ice-filled glass with 1 1/2 oz of gin and several ounces of soda water, to taste. Garnish with raspberries or a sprig of mint. The shrub is also lovely with soda water for a non-alcoholic drink, or drizzled on vanilla ice cream, or in salad dressings!
