Rosehip Bitters won a gold medal with distinction at the 2023 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, and they are made using wild, Yukon rosehips.
The fruit of the prickly wild rose is sustainably harvested in the fall, after the first frost. With hints of cinnamon, these bitters are great with gin! Try a cocktail with gin, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and Rosehip Bitters.
Ingredients: wild Yukon rosehips, alcohol, highbush Yukon cranberries, organic cocoa nibs, bittering agents, spices, organic agave syrup.
