A gold medal winner with distinction at the 2023 Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition, these bitters are made on a very small scale using Columbia Valley lavender from British Columbia, and Yukon-grown Artemisia Tilesii (otherwise known as mountain wormwood). With an intense aroma of lavender, these bitters are ideal for cooking (use them as an extract in baking) or with gin & vodka.
Ingredients: lavender, alcohol, Artemisia Tilesii, bittering agents, spices, organic honey.
Packaged in a 30 ml amber glass bottle with glass tube dropper.
